Easter Fasting Schedule


Our annual Easter fast to remember our Lord begins tomorrow.  If you’d like to participate with the staff, we suggest the following schedule:
Week 1 (April 1 - 7): Skip one meal;
Week 2 (April 8 - 14): Eat only one meal a day;
Week 3 (April 15 - 18): Drink only liquids;
Good Friday (April 19): Drink only water.
